I am from FL and wanted to bring my cat down for GA they inspected the car made sure I knew everything about it and what’s best for us to drive safely. Chris was amazing very knowledgeable almost got on my nerves lol but he very creditable and knows what’s best.

They gave my car a good check up

I have been a customer at Service Street Norcross for five years now, and I trust them with my vehicle. David and Kevin always take good care of me and do a wonderful job explaining what is wrong with my car, what they recommend the fix should be, and are accurate in how long the repair will take.This time I heard a thumping sound coming from my car and knew it originated with the tires. The next morning I called Service Street right away and brought it in at 9:30 am. Within 10 minutes they had it on a lift and showed me that there was a nail in my tire. They said it could technically be patched; but, because of the location on the edge of the tread, a new tire was recommended. I got a free ride back to my house, and the new tire was put on by 3:30 pm. I let Kevin know I’d be back close to 7 pm when they closed and arrived at 6:55 pm. Kevin was waiting for me, took my coupon, and I was on my way. I’m glad to have reliable and friendly customer service here. Even when I’ve experienced a misunderstanding or something didn’t seem right about about a job that occurred (one time after an oil change, I saw a small amount of oil on my garage floor), they had me bring it in and immediately inspected and fixed it. As far as that problem, some old oil just got caught in the holes of the frame of my car…there was no active leak. I highly recommend Service Street Norcross.

I usually don’t submit reviews but Service Street did an awesome job on my CRV. The customer service was top tier!!! They actually save me money on repairs that the dealership said I needed but I didn’t. I will definitely return for future services.
