Scheduled an oil change with Scott. They called back and told me schedule appointment time was no longer available but would reschedule for next day and offered a free oil change. Great customer service and will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Service Street Auto. They were able to get me in quickly for my Emission testing. All of the technicians were very polite and helpful. Great place for any car needs .

Bought a car from car max and the car had an issue with the coolant leak, so I took the car here to get it repaired under my warranty that I have with car max, they stated I had a wire pump that was leaking and also my timing belt needed to be replaced. Sadly the carmax only agreed to take care of the pump instead of covering for both that clearly my car needed!! I told the kind man on the phone that I will have to deny paying for the belt since I can only go based on what my warranty covers. Car was done in a short time picked it up today and was told that they went ahead and fixed my belt too with no charge and I was truly shocked and happy to hear that. I genuinely love these people they are really nice fellas and great auto service they really made my day when car max kept giving me issues. Thank you for your service definitely will come back to do oil changes and any other car services if needed.

A pleasant experience

They were not able to repair my car but did not charge me anything. I was expecting to pay for diagnostics

Came to get my car looked at because I was burning through oil like crazy . They took a look at my car gave me an initial diagnosis only to find that the company who did my last oil change put the wrong sized filter on. I felt like they cared about their customers and didn't rip me off. Juda took care of my car. I will retrn they are my official car shop

Oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. Staff was very polite, waiting area was clean and provided coffee. They have a good deal when you buy multiple oil changes at once. They didn't try to sell me services not needed like a lot of places even though they can handle most car repairs.
